How It Works

Three steps from here to feeling better.

POST-SURGICAL

Surgery recovery has a window. What happens in the first few weeks shapes your long-term results. Lymphatic drainage clears fluid from the surgical site, reduces the risk of fibrosis, and brings fresh, nutrient-rich blood to the tissue that needs to heal. Whether you've had liposuction, a tummy tuck, a BBL, a mommy makeover, or joint replacement surgery, every session is adapted to your procedure and your recovery stage.

Most clients feel meaningful relief in the first session.

ONGOING WELLNESS

Your lymphatic system processes cellular waste, excess fluid, and the byproducts of inflammation every day. When it's working well, you feel lighter, less stiff, more rested. When it's sluggish from chronic stress, inactivity, or inflammation, the effects show up as persistent bloating, heaviness, poor sleep, and joint discomfort.

Regular manual lymphatic drainage supports the system underneath. Every wellness session starts with a conversation and ends with aftercare guidance specific to your goals. Many clients who first came for surgery recovery return for ongoing care because of what it did for their sleep, their energy, and how they feel getting out of bed.

What clients say

“Paula has been part of my care team as I recover from Lyme arthritis in my left knee. She has used her wide-ranging skills, including manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and lymphatic cupping, to address sluggish lymph and fascial adhesions throughout my leg. The results have been noticeably less swelling, improved skin tone, and range of motion. She is an excellent listener, a compassionate therapist, and tailors each session to my unique needs that day. It’s wonderful to have a skilled lymphatic specialist in the Lehigh Valley.”

— Erica B.

"I had lipidema in the arms for years and decided to get it removed via liposuction. I started seeing Paula for lymphatic massage as soon as the incisions healed. She was very gentle and will tailor the session to your needs. After several weeks I definitely noticed a reduction in the scar tissue/fibrosis and she is a lovely person to talk to in general. I’d recommend her to anyone!”

— Elise F.

“I first started with Paula because I had a bad fall and started with chronic lower back pain. After seeing Paula several times, I felt relief and was able to resume my daily activities without discomfort. I highly recommend her.”

A 15-minute call. You tell us what's going on. We tell you honestly whether lymphatic drainage is the right fit, and what a session plan for your situation would look like.

Step 2. Come in for your first session.

We start with a brief check-in about how you've been feeling and what you need most that day. The session plan is built around that conversation. The work is quiet, unhurried, and adapted to your body as we go.
